Quality Assurance

Hills Interiors have recently achieved ISO 9002 accreditation, which demonstrates our commitment to quality from design conception, through to product delivery and installation. Design All Versatility products have been designed in conjunction with Architects, Occupational Therapists and Special Needs Providers. Once a workable concept has been decided upon, all of our products are tested by individuals with a variety of disabilities, ensuring products are right for the end users.

Design

All Versatility products have been designed in conjunction with Architects, Occupational Therapists and Special Needs Providers. Once a workable concept has been decided upon, all of our products are tested by individuals with a variety of disabilities, ensuring products are right for the end users. Versatility employs the latest in CAD (Computer Aided Design) techniques to produce almost photographic quality illustrations of a proposed client scheme. Three dimensional drawings, plus plans in full colour simplifies the approval process, by removing doubt from the end user's mind.

Survey

Versatility has a on site survey and design service available to most areas of mainland UK and Northern Ireland, utilising a very detailed 'Risk Assessment' process.

For clients further afield, please send by fax, post or e-mail a brief plan, detailing room dimensions and a daytime contact telephone number, and we will endeavour to prepare a scheme from this information.

Displays

Versatility displays can be viewed in the following UK areas: Oldham, Manchester, Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, London, Newcastle, Darlington, Gateshead and Essex.

Installation

It is always recommended that trained technicians, who are fully conversant with the Versatility product install the product every time. We provide electrical safety certificates where requested, and employ C.O.R.G.I. registered plumbers.
